The Community Development Department is responsible for the management and oversight of the following offices: Office of Building Safety, Development Review, Zoning, Customer Care, Parks, Environmental Land Maintenance, Community Centers, Extension Services, Soil & Water Conservation, Planning & Design, Code Enforcement, Impact Fee Coordination, Austin-Tindall Sports Complex and Osceola Heritage Park.
